Ordering & shipping
Placing your order at Camille-belgium-webshop.be is very easy! Depending on availability, you can add one or more items to your cart. If you try to increase the number of a specific product in your cart, our webshop will let you know if we have sufficient stock. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT. In your cart, you will see an overview of the costs of your items (including VAT) and the shipping costs (if applicable).
€6,20 shipping for orders to the Belgium and €7,40 to the Netherlands.
Above €40,- shipping is free for these 2 countries.

If DHL/Bpost is unable to deliver your package to your home or to your neighbours’ house, it will be sent to a DHL/Bpost Service Point. DHL/Bpost will leave a card with a code in your letterbox. You can use this track & trace code to see where your package was delivered.
Of course, Thopise Consultancy will cover the costs of resending your package if the delivery fails due to an error made by our courier.
You can recognise this security system by the padlock icon that (often) appears in the bottom-right corner of your browser window.
Returns
Hygienic products, such as body or face creams, perfumes and vitamins whose seal has been broken after delivery, cannot be returned.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
If you have received the wrong item, you must first verify what products you ordered and what products were confirmed in the first email you received from us. You can do this by comparing the item number on the product itself to the one in the confirmation email. If the item numbers do not match, please contact our customer service department. A representative will provide you with the information you need to return the item free of charge.
